This policy explains what personal data we receive through albertocoelho.com, what we use it for and what your rights are.

What data we receive
When you request a quote: name, company or brand, email, phone (optional), your message, the job details and the files you send. When you write or call us, the data you give us in that contact.
What we use it for
Only to reply to your request, prepare the quote and, if you accept it, carry out the job. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request and the consent you give in the form. We do not use the data for advertising or share it with third parties for that purpose.
Files you send
Files sent through the quote form are stored on our server in a folder with no public access and are deleted automatically after 90 days. If the job goes ahead, we keep the files needed for production for as long as necessary.
Sending emails
Your request reaches us by email, sent by our server through a mailbox on the albertocoelho.com domain (authenticated SMTP). We also send you a copy of the request, without the files.
Hosting
The website and the files are hosted by a hosting provider we have contracted, which processes the data only on our behalf (processor).
Google Maps
The contact page can show a Google Maps map. The map is only loaded if you click “Show map” or accept in the cookie notice. At that point Google receives data such as your IP address and may use cookies, under the Google privacy policy. The Call, Email and Directions buttons work without the map.
Cookies and statistics
We do not use Google Analytics or tracking or advertising cookies. Details are on the Cookies page.
How long we keep it
Files sent through the form are deleted after 90 days. Request emails are kept for as long as needed to reply and for any business relationship that follows, and then for the applicable legal periods.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data and object to its processing by writing to geral@albertocoelho.com. You may withdraw your consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
